Growing up in Fredericktown, Ohio, Abagale knew that she wanted a challenging and rewarding career. Upon graduation from high school, she began studying Criminology and Political Science at The Ohio State University. Graduating in 2019, Abagale left Columbus and headed north to attend law school at the University of Toledo College of Law. During her time at law school, Abagale served on the Editorial Board of The University of Toledo Law Review. In 2022, she graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning her Juris Doctorate Degree. Abagale was admitted to the Ohio Bar State Bar in 2022.
Joining Charles E. Boyk Law in 2022 as an associate attorney, Abagale calls on her skills, critical thinking, communication, and building trust to relate to clients under the most trying circumstances. She understands that personal injury law is a complex and often nuanced area that requires knowledge and empathy to succeed. Abagale works with clients and teammates to ensure that each case has the best outcome for the client.
When Abagale is not working, she enjoys spending time with her partner, hiking, road trips, reading, and taking her dog, Chloe, to the various area Metroparks for walks.
