New front in battle between insurance companies and injury victims

Attorney Dale Emch wrote an essay for the Toledo Blade examining a proposed rule that would bar lawyers from sending solicitations to accident victims for 30 days. Mr. Emch supports the idea, but thinks insurance companies should have limits placed on them from settling cases with accident victims before they have a chance to consult a lawyer.
