Wrongful Death is Filed For A Fatal Bus Accident

On November 15 of last year in St. Joseph, Missouri a High School student was killed in an accident involving a school bus. The accident happened when the bus driver, 23 year-old Tracy Jones failed to see 16 year old Mason Adams and ran him over with the school bus.

The parents of Mason have filed a wrongful death case and the defendants named in the case are the driver, Tracy Jones, and the school bus company First Student. The lawsuit states that both parties are responsible for the death of their son. One of the main pieces of evidence they are using is the video footage from inside the bus in the day of the accident. One of the complaints from viewing the video is that when Tracy started her day she began driving the bus even though many of her windows, including the windshield, were either all covered or partly covered with frost or fog.
