Woman awarded $21 million in Wal Mart case | Toledo Ohio personal injury attorney

In 2008 Rebekah Blades suffered a life threatening injury at a Wal Mart facility. Rebekah was 26 at the time and an employee at the wal Mart distribution center. 

At the time fo the accident she was working in one of the banana ripening rooms when a 3 foot metal plate that covered the top of one of the room's doors fell 30 feet on Ms, Blades. Her face was cut open and the nerves and musckes in her face were severed.

Rebekah had to undergo plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery on her face. She also developed seizures in the days after the accident and still continues to have them. Because of this, she cannot be alone and cannot care for her child. 

The case was recently settled and the jury awarded Ms. Blased $21 million.
