Monday afternoon in Whitehouse, Ohio a car accident left several people injured.

The crash happened just north of Anthony Wayne High School at the intersection of Eber Road and Weckerly about 2:30 pm. According to the report taken by the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Robert Kerr, 51, was westbound on Weckerly Road when 20-year-old Haylee Leedy lost control as she was going around a curve eastbound on Weckely road and slammed head on into Kerr's vehicle. Both vehicles then traveled off the north side of the roadway with Kerr's vehcile striking a mailbox and Leedy's striking a boulder.

From the scene of the accident, Mr. Kerr was taken by helicopter to a nearby hospital with injuries that were described by authorities as incapacitating. Leedy and all of the passengers in her vehicle were transported from the scene with minor injuries.

Although the investigation into the accident is not yet complete, it seems as though Leedy failed to stay in her lane, causing the accident. If found at fault, she can be held liable for the damages that were caused in the accident.
