Tragic accident leaves Toledo man dead, wife and daughter injured

A man who apparently hit his gas pedal instead of his brake apparently accidentally killed a Toledo man when he ran him over after a church service Saturday. According to the Toledo Blade, George Wolinski died Saturday at Toledo Hospital from injuries he suffered in the accident. Mr. Wolinski's wife and daughter also were injured when they were struck shortly after the service at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
