A fatal crash is being investigated today after an accident that happened just after midnight this morning.The accident happened when the 23-year-old victim was attempting to load a disabled Dodge pickup truck oto a flatbed trailer. As he was doing this, he was hit by a tractor trailer driven by 63-year-old John Rosenberger Jr.
He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
