Toledo man indicted for intentionally causing crash | Toledo Ohio car accident lawyer

The Toledo man was indicted today by a Wood County Grand jury for charges stating that he intentionally caused a crash in Perrysburg Township last month. 

 Michael Garzynski was indcted on four counts of felonious assault and two counts of endangering children.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on November 17th in which authorities say that he grabbed the sterring wheel of the vehcile he was a passenger in, intetnionally causing a crash. The vehicle flipped and went into a water-filled ditch on Route 199 south of Eckel Junction.

When police arrived on the scene they found Graczynski standing on the side of the orad outside of the vehicle while two women and two young children were trapped inside the car. he offered them no help.
