Police chase ends up killing Ride Aid suspect | Toledo Ohio car accident lawyer

Chief Mike Navarre of the Toledo Police says, "The tragedy of today's event is the death of an innocent person just driving on 75. I don't know where they were going or what they were doing, one minute they're driving along the next minute their life is ended. Because of the senseless act of a person who is desperate for money to feed a drug habit."

This is such a sad story and ending of a life, Larry Collins. According to the report Larry Collins was trying to merge right to avoid hitting the suspect's vehicle when Collins Lincon and a Toledo Police cruiser collided head on. The two officers who were in the cruiser were taken to St. Vincent's Mercy Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Brian Lipp the suspected robber not only lead Toledo Police on this high speed chase around Toledo but also robbed a couple places all while getting high. Lipp, who police feel was trying to get money for his drug addiction, was eventually shot multiple times and killed by police.

During this high speed chase a total of seven people were injured and one person was killed. Our thoughts are with the Collins family during this hard time.
