My father always told me "your word is your bond." If you make a promise your reputation depends on keeping it.

As an attorney for the last 26 and a half years I have always tried to "under-promise and over-deliver" and keep my word.

I have changed that philosophy in the last year after learning from the teachings of Sid Friedman. Now I try to "promise a lot and deliver more."
