Ottawa County Crash Leaves One Woman Seriously Injured | Toledo Ohio Car Accident Lawyer

Ashley Tennant was flown to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo with serious injuries following a car versus truck crash Tuesday afternoon in Portage Township.

Tennant was headed north on Ohio 53 at around 3 p.m. when she was struck by an International box truck headed west on Ohio 163. 

According to the report Troopers are still trying to determine if Tennant was attempting to turn left onto Ohio 163, or if she was planning to continue north on Ohio 53.

The markings at the crash scene made it difficult to determine her intended direction of travel.

 Tennant suffered serious injuries and was unconscious when rescue crews arrived. As of late Tuesday her condition at the hospital was not available. 

The driver of the truck, Brian O'Neill, was not injured.

Troopers are still investigating, but they suspect Tennant was at fault in the crash. There's no indication alcohol was a factor.
