A woman was killed at the Salt Lake City International Airport recently. She was walking in the crosswalk toward the car rental area when she was struck by a vehicle. The wrongful death claim says that the driver of the vehicle was negligent and that airport officials ignored the dangerous traffic situation. Previous to this incident an airport employee had warned the airport about the dangerous traffic situation. The complaint also states that the airport chose to ignore this warning and therefore they are at fault for the incident that occurred.
