Man killed on truck accident on I-90 | Toledo Ohio truck accident lawyer
A delivery truck ran into the rear of a tractor trailer on Monday afternoon. The passenger in the delivery truck, Steven Stewart, was killed in the collision. Steven,49, was from Albany, NY.John Brooks, 28, was the driver of the delivery truck. He was taken from the scene of the accident by helicopter to a bearby hospital.
The driver of the tractor trailer, Sothene Agba Yamahore, 37, stated that he was driving slowly with his hazard lights on because of mechanical problems.
Eastbound lanes were closed from 4:30 to 10 p.m. Traffice got by on the left shoulder.
