Jones Family Files Suit After Man is Killed by Sheriff's Deputies | Fremont, Ohio wrongful death attorneys
The family of Bryan Jones, the Sandusky County man who was shot and killed by sheriff's deputies there, has filed a $20 million wrongful death lawsuit against the county's sheriff's department.Jones was intoxicated one night in July and was reportedly making threats and had a gun. His family called the sheriff's deputies to diffuse the situation. In the course of the encounter between Jones and the deputies, Jones was shot several times and killed.
Our thoughts are with the entire Jones family as they cope with their loss and navigate the legal process. Our hope is for a fair result.
