The family of Bryan Jones, the Sandusky County man who was shot and killed by sheriff's deputies there, has filed a $20 million wrongful death lawsuit against the county's sheriff's department.Jones was intoxicated one night in July and was reportedly making threats and had a gun. His family called the sheriff's deputies to diffuse the situation. In the course of the encounter between Jones and the deputies, Jones was shot several times and killed.
