Jogger attacked by 2 pit bulls | Toledo Ohio dog bite attorney
62-year-old Joseph Finley was jogging when two pit bulls came up to him and attacked. A man in the neighborhood heard the attack, grabbed a baseball bat, and ran to help out. He hit the dogs over and over with the bat, but he could not get them off of Mr. FinleyJoseph was taken from the scene of the accident by ambulance to a nearby hospital. He was admitted to the hospital and is listed in stable condition. The owner of the dogs say that someone had left the gate open and so they got free.
