Home Depot customer is awarded $1.5 million after forklift injury | Ohio work injury lawyers
A recent article from the Jere Beasley Report reported that a Home Depot customer was recently awarded $1.5 million after a pallet of plywood fell on him while he and his wife were shopping in the store.The Home Depot accident, which happened in a Marietta, Georgia store in 2005, caused 58-year-old Larry Reece to suffer severe neck and spine injuries that required $120,000 in medical treatment and surgeries.
The article also reported that the Home Depot has been involvedin numerous lawsuits, due to their extrememly high shelving system.
