Harassment Complaint Filed By Former Employee of Toledo Law Department | Toledo, Ohio harassment attorney
Our office has recently filed a complaint against The City of Toledo and The City of Toledo Law Department for the sexual harassment of Barbara Markland while she was an employee of The Toledo Law Department. It has been filed in The Lucas County Court of Common Pleas and asks for a settlement of more than $25,000. The case has been assigned to Judge Myron Duhart.The lawsuit states that while Ms. Markland was an employee of the Law Department from October 2008 until October 2009 she was repeatedly subjected to sexual harassment from male co-workers.
