Girl Killed, Mother Injured in Car/Bike Accident | Toledo, Ohio accident lawyers

A girl and her mother were involved in an accident while riding their bikes on Wednesday. The mother was seriously injured; the young girl unfortunately lost her life.

Amy Gollnick, 9, and her mother, Jennifer Lynn Gollnick, were riding their bikes on South Hillsdale Road just south of Hillsdale, Michigan when a vehicle struck them. Jennifer is still listed in critical condition.

The driver of the vehicle that struck them has been charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing death, operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing serious injury, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and failure to stop at an accident scene when at fault in causing death.
