Georgia Company Settles Sexual Harassment Suit | Toledo Ohio harassment lawyers

In Birmingham, Alabama, an Atlanta-based security company has agreed to pay almost $2 million in regards to sexual harassment complaints. A district manager for U.S Security Associates Inc. was accused of sexually harassing female employees using sexual demands and inappropriate touching, among other offensive conduct.

Six other women had previously made allegations that the man had sexually harassed them while working as a supervisor for the company after hurricane Katrina.
