Garbage Truck Accident Kills 1, Injures 1

Pennsylvania Police reported Maloney BirckBicher, 18, was transported by helicopter to a Pittsburg hospital after being in critical condition after a crash with a local garbage truck. BirckBicher was sitting in the passenger seat when her and driver Nicholar Spisak, 23, collided with the truck and wrapped around a tree at 4:45 a.m. on Monday at Route 308, Clay Township.

Spisak swerved to avoid an oncoming car and struck the truck. He became trapped in his 1994 Chevrolet Camaro and died at the scene. The garbage truck driver was reported to be uninjured.
