CSX Worker Dies of Injures
Paul Castle has died from the injuries he sustained in the October accident. Our office’s thoughts and prayers go out to his family during this difficult time.
The driver of the vehicle that struck Castle was Cory Rickard. The police suspect that he was driving under the influence at the time of the accident. According to 13 ABC News, he was arranged on charges of aggravated vehicular assault after the accident.
