On November 5, 2010 two large dogs came into the yard of Stephen and Janet Allsion. They attacked the couple's Yorkshire terrier while it was playing in the yard. When Janet attempted to pick her dog up to save it, one of the dogs bit her.The couple's dog was immediately taken to an aniaml emergency hospital for severe injuries and Janet was also treated at a nearby hospital.
The Allisons are now sueing the owners of the dogs, Derrick and Amanda Paris. They are seeking compensatory damages.
