Clay high school student killed in crash | Toledo Ohio car accident attorney

The Charles Boy Law Offices would like to extend condolences to frineds and family of Cody Van Hersett. Cody was killed after school on Thursday afternoon when his pickup truck crashed into a semi.
The accident happened around 2:30p.m. at the intersection of Wynn and Navarre in Oregon. Cody was 16 and a sophomore at Clay High School. He played hockey, was active in school and loved by many.
The driver of the semi, 78-year-old Lyle Scgmidt, was not hurt during the accident. Van Hersett died on the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
