Car accident involving Miguel Montoya and Jacob Martin takes one life | Ohio car accident lawyers

According to the Toledo Blade, Jacob Martin, 17, lost his life after a car accident involving one other vehicle. The Ohio Highway Patrol reported that Mr. Martin failed to stop at a stop sign, striking Miguel Montoya Sunday night, on State Route 51 and Fostoria Rd. Miguel Montoya was taken to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center.
