Snowy conditions led to several accidents on the roadways last night and today.A wrestling team traveling home was involved in a bus accident during which their athletic trainer was killed. One team member and one coach on board the bus were also injured in the crash. The accident happened when the bus collided with a snow plow on U.S. 30.
Another accident, this time on I-75, injured a state trooper. A spinning car struck him and he suffered serious (but not life-threatening) injury.
