Boy Is Mauled By Pit Bull | Toledo, Ohio personal injury lawyer

A 12 year-old boy went over to his neighbor's house to retrieve a towel that had fallen in their backyard. The boy talked with the neighbor and then he was let inside the house. As the sliding glass door was opened to retrieve the towel the dog lunged at the boy.

The owner tried to pull the dog off the boy but kept losing her grip. The husband of the owner at some point stepped in and began to punch the dog until it let go. The boy was taken by helicopter to the hospital where he remains in stable condition.
