The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled that Bluffton University's insurance does indeed cover the survivors of a bus crash involving the school's baseball team.

The insurers had argued that the charter company that owned the bus was liable for coverage because the driver of the bus was their employee. The Supreme Court ruled against that claim, though, saying the school was liable because they hired the bus and granted permission to the driver.
