Bicyclist still recovering after being hit by a minivan | Toledo Ohio Personal Injury Attorney

An area bicyclist is recovering from injuries she sustained serious injuries after being hit Monday night by a minivan.
Judith Daiello was listed in fair condition at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo as of Wednesday afternoon.
The driver who hit her Trek Alpha 15 bicycle from behind on Ohio 269 is expected to be charged with failure to maintain assured clear distance, said Sgt. Joe Wentworth, of the Sandusky post of the state Highway Patrol.
Garrett L. Timmons, also was southbound in a 2000 Chrysler Town and Country minivan when he hit the rear of Daiello's bicycle, according to the report.
The collision caused Daiello to be ejected from the bicycle and thrown into a ditch off the right side of the road. Her bicycle also ended up there.
An ambulance initially transported Daiello to the Bellevue Hospital emergency room. A LifeFlight helicopter then flew her to Mercy St. Vincent.
