A 19-year-old Enon, Ohio man was killed early Sunday morning in an ATV accident. The Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Ohio Department of Public Safety Investigative Unit are in the process of investigating this accident.
According to officials, the 19-year-old, Ryan Blair was riding an ATV through farm field near Fowler Road when the all-terrain vehicle hit a fence around 4:15 a.m. As a result of the collision, Blair rolled into the road.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
