Attorney Dale Emch launches new column in Toledo Blade

Attorney Dale Emch's new legal column started running in the Toledo Blade on Sunday. The column, called "Legal Briefs," is intended to provide general information on a variety of subjects. The column is supposed to run every two weeks in The Blade's Living section. The first column addressed the issues people injured in automobile accidents likely will face. Being on the other side of the table from an insurance company likely will be a new experience for most people. Hopefully, the column provided a few tips for people who might have entered this confusing world. Click on this link to read about my goals for the column.
