There are four people recovering from a crash that happened early Friday morning on I-75. Troopers say that the driver of a vehicle swerved to avoid hitting a deer, but then the car hit the guardrail.

Injured in Accident

Our thoughts are with those who were injured in this accident. This type of crash can be very scary and we are thankful that the injuries sustained were non-life threatening.

Those passengers who were injured have been released from the hospital, but we do not have any details regarding the severity of their injuries. If they have suffered injuries that will continually disrupt their daily life or cause them pain, they should contact a lawyer as soon as possible.

Contacting an attorney sooner rather than later can help to set a case up for a more favorable settlement. There are many things that occur immediately following an accident that may seem like minor details to the injured party, but could end up becoming major factors in their case. From the doctor’s notes to the medical bills, everything must be filed and saved for later use. A lawyer can help the injured party understand what needs to be noted, and how to ensure that all of the necessary documents have been filed.
