3-Car Accident Sends 2 Children to Hospital

Children Injured in Car Accident

An accident in Youngstown on Monday evening left two children injured. The collision happened on Gibson Street and Indianola Avenue and the two children were rushed to the hospital immediately. One child is now in critical condition at St. Elizabeth’s Health Center.

The accident remains under investigation at this time and we do not have an update on the injuries of the children.

Our law office’s thoughts are with those involved in this accident and their families. Child accidents are among the most stressful and confusing cases. No parent wants to see their child hurting, so we know how difficult the situation is. We will continue to send good thoughts to the victims of the accident and we wish them a speedy recovery.

Child Accident Lawsuits

When a child is seriously injured in an accident similar to the one above, a parent’s life is turned upside down. They must navigate through not only their child’s recovery, but also health insurance, medical bills, and legal guidelines.

When we take on a child accident case, we do everything in our power to make things easier for the child and the family. We help parents to understand what the best decisions are for their child and their family, and we guide them through the legal process, providing information to help not only get a grasp on the situation, but also to make the important decisions regarding their child’s future.

If a parent’s child has been in an accident, we understand that the last thing on their mind is hiring an attorney. But, we recommend contacting a legal professional as soon as possible.
